With more than four decades of business experience and over twenty years in real estate, Sandy Cox brings deep knowledge of the local housing market and the communities that define Maine’s Midcoast region. From Camden and Rockport to Rockland and the surrounding towns, Sandy has helped buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
Sandy has been a broker with The New England Real Estate Company since 2013, contributing his experience, market insight, and long-standing relationships throughout the region. His career has been shaped by a commitment to thoughtful marketing strategies, strong client relationships, and creative approaches that help sellers connect with the right buyers.
Earlier in his career, Sandy and his daughter opened Help-U-Sell Windjammer Realty in 2005, offering a fresh approach that helped many clients reduce commissions and closing costs. During its early years, the brokerage helped buyers and sellers save hundreds of thousands of dollars while successfully connecting people with homes throughout the area.
Sandy has consistently been recognized as a top-performing real estate professional. In 2024, he was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS®, recognizing his leadership, professionalism, and contributions to the real estate community.
Beyond his work in real estate, Sandy has long been deeply involved in the communities he serves. He has served on the Camden Zoning Board of Appeals, been a director of the Camden Area YMCA, and served as president of the Rockland Golf Club. He has also remained active in organizations such as the West Bay Rotary Club and the Camden, Rockport, Lincolnville Chamber of Commerce.
