Beth Creamer | Design-Savvy Maine Real Estate Professional
With over 20 years in the interior design field, I bring a deep understanding of both form and function to my work in real estate. My experience includes collaborating with remodel and new-construction builders, as well as managing a full-service furniture store where I helped clients create homes that were both beautiful and highly functional. This background allows me to see beyond the surface of a home, recognizing quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the true potential within a space.
Over the years, I have developed a keen eye for how homes live and how small changes can make a meaningful impact. Whether evaluating a property, preparing a home for the market, or helping buyers envision possibillites, I draw on my design expertise to help clients see both the practical and aesthetic value of a home.
Built on a career rooted in customer service and client relationships, I am known for my thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and ability to guide people with clarity and confidence. As a licensed Maine real estate agent, I enjoy helping clients prepare their homes for sale and assisting buyers in finding the right fit for their lifestyle, goals, and long term plans.
My design background also allows me to offer valuable insight into staging, layout, and presentation, helping sellers highlight their home's strengths while giving buyers the ability to visualize how a space can truly work for them.
I have always been drawn to historic homes and renovation projects, which is part of what brought me to Maine. The character, architectural detail, and enduring craftsmanship found here continue to inspire me. Whether working with a classic New England home or a newly built property, I value the story and structure behind every space.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, vintage cars and classic campers, finding inspiration in timeless design, restoration, and the beauty of things built to last.
