Being a true New Englander, with my roots starting in New Hampshire, ancestry on the south shore of Boston and residing in mid-coast Maine for the last 38 years has taught me how to live simply and honestly.

The majority of my childhood was formed on a small homestead in Belfast, growing our own vegetables, raising sheep and a steer or two a year.  Life was simple then.  Weeding in the garden, haying in the fields, swimming in our stream on hot summer days and making tree forts in the back wooded acres with my brothers.

Farming helped shape me in living a balanced life and taught me to work with ethics, dedication, and resourcefulness.  Playing taught me laughter, release and lasting friendships.

Growing up in Maine also gave me an appreciation for our outdoors here.  Hiking, skiing, and gardening are only a handful of my adored activities.  Having one outside activity a day ensures I embrace the beauty of the woods or the ocean or just our dog playing in our yard.  Simple pleasures.

Over the years, I have worked in a few fantastic career environments including my real estate career today, which encompasses these priorities.  All of these experiences have built my foundation for connecting with people openly and honestly.

My clients enjoy that I listen to them and understand their wants and needs by helping them find the best possible outcome for their interests.  And of course, having fun with each and every interaction.  I practice these values each and every day in my real estate profession.

As I share with all of my clients, life is too short to be anything other than happy!
