As a Maine native I have been immersed in Maine culture since an early age.  After high school I attended The University of Maine where I received my Associate Degree in Mental Health and Human Services before marrying my high school sweetheart in 1995 and having two beautiful daughters. My years of working in the mental health and human services field were wonderful and allowed me to connect with my community on a deeper level, but deep down real estate was always my first love.

My passion for houses began during childhood at our 1800’s family summer home in Bar Harbor and continued in to adulthood assisting my husband, who is a contractor here in the Mid-coast, build our own home. In 2004 my husband and myself where presented with a unique opportunity of tearing down one of the oldest post and beam homes in Nobleboro (1838). Over the next 3 years our nights, weekends and every spare moment were spent reconstructing this piece of history on our beautiful piece of property in Union. This hands on experience enabled me to truly appreciate the work my husband does every day to fulfill his homeowners dreams.

What makes me unique to this industry is my ability to see outside the box.  Whether it is looking at an underappreciated home on a beautiful piece of property and seeing it’s unlimited potential; seeing vacant land and it’s endless possibilities, or even finding a home that has everything except that “one thing”, I encourage people to look beyond what they see.

When I am not working my time is spent sea glass hunting on our stunning Maine coast, antiquing, trail riding, blogging, and most importantly spending time with my husband, our Jack Russell’s, two daughters and granddaughter.

I believe life is ever changing, everyone has a story, and our relationships can make a difference. I would be honored to be a part of the next exciting chapter of your life!
